Melitta Caffeo Passione no coffee beans flashing

Hello all,

with my Caffeo Passione is the following problem

Cleaning program runsWater
runsBeans
are ground (and end up in the drip tray)
Coffee does not come outIt
flashes the symbol that the beans must be refilledWhere

can the fault be ?!

Thought first the drainage pump is it. But I have freshly replaced and it was not.

First for a few days very wet coffee grounds in the container, now no more coffee comes. Have times removed the cladding behind the brewing unit, there have me to the last crack probably 3 complete loads of soaking wet, stuck coffee grounds awaited. Everything cleaned, brewing unit soaked hot and cleaned well - then came out another half cup. After that the same...

i have exactly the same problem. Water yes but in th tray. No coffee. 3 beans are flashing. what can be the solution here? please help
