Melitta caffeo solo, air in the system, allegedly

Hello all,

I take the machine apart and clean it about once a year.
Normally everything runs afterwards. This time, however, always comes the display
that air is in the system
.
I let that 5 min water run through.
At some point I "may" then "tap" coffee. This runs but then inside the MAschine in the Tresterbehälter (and separately after ground coffee powder and hot water) instead of front out. After that, I'm supposed to bleed again....

Am grateful for suggestions for solutions.

If the water runs into the pulp container, something went wrong when assembling the brewing unit.
Since you also have to vent afterwards, there will be a blockage in the upper area. Or the powder is ground too finely.
Does the rinsing process go through normally?
What did you disassemble?

The brewing unit I have not taken apart at all. I have only as a whole in each case from and reinstalled (as in a normal cleaning).

I have not changed anything about the grind.
The rinsing process works perfectly, but takes far too long in my opinion.

Regarding the installation, I ventured as far as the drainage valve.
That was relatively soiled. Pump, thermoblock + microswitch I have not removed.
Am unfortunately no expert ...

Hello look again and bridge the door contact switch. Then you can see where your coffee stays.
You should already know where the water stays or not. O-rings replaced, porous or gone?
