Solis Master Top hangs in descaling program

My Master Top has hung up in the descaling program.
D.H. The machine still shows the descaling symbol (duration), there is a click noise from the machine (relay?), but nothing is happening anymore.
Does anyone have an idea?

I had the same problem at the beginning and did not do anything anymore .

disconnected them from the network for 24 hours.

have them run for 2h.

trying a "warm start"

but nothing helped
