ESAM 3000 B - Brewing group

, I am new to the group and hope that I
have not overlooked existing solutions. Introduction

:DeLonghi ESAM 3000
.B, approx. 5 years old. The problem
: When switching on, the red fault lamp (triangle) and the green lamps for single and double purchase
light up.
When I pull the plug and plug it in again, the brewing group first goes down and then all the way up again. It does not remain in the home position (for removal).
It's the same with
the reset
. The

test mode cannot

be activated.

I replaced the control electronics. No

result.

Any tips? Many thanks in advance!

Open these, please. Incl bottom cover off.
It sounds like a drive failure, there's a big gear and a sensor at the bottom, there's magnets on the gear, clean everything and try with a screwdriver to see if the magnets are still ok.
