Melitta Caffeo Solo E 950-102

After our machine has been to the repair for the second time and we were assured that it works, we have the same problem again.
It flashes the button above the Melitta lettering and the symbol for clean.
Also, the brewing unit will not remove even though I followed your instructions to "turn it off and on and press the two buttons one/two cups two seconds". The lever also won't turn to Press.

Hello, so from a distance to make a diagnosis is truly not easy.
What was the cause of the first repairs?
Now to your concerns, either the brewing unit has jammed or the brewing drive can no longer manage to rotate it to the extraction position.
Where is the arrow? Look at the axis by the brewing unit.
If the arrow is not on the other arrow, you can not remove the brewing unit.
So then I would take apart the brewing unit in the machine.
10 and 15 Torx, Above in the right corner is still a plastic cover that must go down. Then unscrew the handle 10s and all other screws 15s.
Once the brewing unit is out can then look where the problem lies.
