Flowmeter connection

Hello
,I made a very stupid mistake.
I received a Seaco Royal Professional, which was obviously never decalcified.
Logically, it was completely calcified. Pump, flow heater and support valve were completely tight.
Have now got everything working again and the machine is now already delivering hot water. However, it still says "bleed".
I marked all the connectors when I disassembled it but stupidly didn't mark the flowmeter connector and now I don't know where the connector for it is on the control board.
Have 3 3-pin connectors below where the connector fits. But which one is the right one?

Flowmeter should come to JP8.
Do you have the hoses the right way around on the flowmeter? Pay attention to the flow direction.
Attached is a plan of the wiring. Should fit on yours.

Thanks, that helps already.
I have now connected the cable and in the test mode "water delivery" it shows me 19 as the flow rate. It's not 40 as expected, but still tells me that the plug is probably plugged in correctly. When I disconnect the plug, it no longer shows anything.
But this does not change the message "Bleed".
Any other ideas?

You can't get out of bleeding with 19 pulses.
Do you have the hoses on the flowmeter the right way round? I have already asked above.
Otherwise pump weak or gets too little water from the water tank. Or there is still a blockage.
If you have good descaler (amidosulfonic acid based) you can pump it through via test mode. Maybe that will do the trick.
Is the pump loud or rather quieter?

Yes, I have connected the hoses the right way round. I have already checked this with the arrows on the flowmeter.
The hoses all looked good during the visual inspection. Have but so far only on the parts mentioned at the beginning: Pump, flow heater and support valve taken care of.
Will now decalcify the entire machine via test mode.
The pump actually sounds normal. But I will also test it again by disconnecting the hose to the flow heater and see how many pulses the flowmeter indicates.
Thanks for your tips. Really great smile.gif

WOW, that's it. Fault fixed.
I disassembled the pump and replaced the small o-ring seal and the ball.
Now the pump delivers 45 pulses and the message "Venting" is thus also gone.

Thank you !!
Greetings

Great, I'm glad when it works again.
When I started I also replaced the ball. In the meantime, I only install new pumps. Saves a lot of time if the pump has a defect, and the repair with the ball does not always work.
