Cafe Bonitas kingstar service Locked

Hello dear people.

I have a cafe bonitas from kingstar.
The entire display was locked with a message locked on English please contact the manufacturer....
The powder button and the settings button are unlocked.
But when I press settings it wanted a 5 digit codeI

then found out by researching that it is201407
and come into the menu where calibrate is ect.

But here I can not reset the machine at calibrate standsCups
: 0000So

as if the couner is now on 0 and the machine locks


.




If I then go back out to the home screen where it says Cafe, Cappuccino ect. I still can't select these well they are locked with a white box with locked....

Maybe someone here has an idea that could help me?

Maybe someone knows how to do the service reset or if the machine has a battery like on a Windows motherboard that you take out and the settings are deleted.

I have now found out if you open the door at the brewing unit and restart the machine and the display when it is dark top left moved holds in a mode comes from 1-9 but further I know now also still nothing more

Is there no one who could possibly help us?
