Buy a fully automatic coffee machine

Hi guys, wants to buy me a coffee machine. But I wanted to know before where to look for it, just read about the brewing pressure which can be 15 and 19 bar. I can't figure out the shop talk. But I think that 19 bar is better than 15, because why is there this difference.
But where I attach great importance is the water temperature, I can't read anywhere how high it is. With friends I have found out that the coffee from the automatic coffee machine is not exactly hot. And coffee should be drunk hot, is my opinion, can anyone tell me where I can find these machines where you can regulate the temperature, or
have
a high temperature

Since I am currently working on a new acquisition myself, I can understand the question very well. In the price range I am looking for (1000-1500,-€) my favourites (Nivona, Delonghi, Siemens) all offer temperature regulation

Just the question about the effectiveness of this option seems to be judged differently by everyone. This is perhaps due to the fact that this feeling
