A good evening, I am new here in the forum and have a question about my coffee machine. Currently it is so that I can turn on the machine. However, when I start a coffee reference the machine switches off directly. Now I have opened the machine. Somehow I suspected that the drive is defective. When opening the machine I had to adjust:

1) White smear on the hoses and on the plastic part in the housing2
) the grinder or the temperature sensor is very sootyWollen

I would like to know if someone has a similar problem and can possibly give a tip. Furthermore, I would like to know if point one &. Two occur more often or could indicate a defect.

Furthermore, I also started the service menu and found that the machine also goes off during the component test at "Brew up".

Many thanks in advance.

If the device switches off during Brew up drive brewing group sluggish / defective, or circuit board damage. If the grinder is already out, and has ground more than 10,000 covers, it is best to also replace the grinder carbons.

Thank you for the feedback. Can you tell me which coals you mean? It is really black soot. I was surprised that there is so much soot. It is definitely not coffee dust.

Hello, so you mean the carbons from the small motor. Right? Wow do they cause that much dirt?

Hello, thank you for the first feedback.
The white is dried. I can't really judge if it is lime or dried milk.

It is not greasy. It is dried.

I just replaced the drive and microswitch. Unfortunately, the error remains.

I started the service menu again and found that the machine goes off at "Brew up" during the component test.

Would appreciate any other tips.

My guess is lime scale and water damage to the circuit board.

I have now just performed another test. I have disconnected the drive supply as well as feedback the microswitch.

I started the service menu again and found that the machine goes off at "Brew up" during the component test.

So the power board?
