Siemens EQ.6 plus s300 - cup only half full

Hello everyone, I have aSiemens
EQ.6 plus s300 fully automatic coffee machine TE653501DE. Bought in February 2019. Unfortunately, the warranty has expired. At Siemens directly I was offered a repair at a fixed price of 215€.

Problem: in the coffee cup always land only about half of the coffee, instead of 240 ml land only 120 in the cup. Siemens had recommended me to descale, but has brought nothing.

Anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
