Coffee powder is constantly collecting under the brewing unit, sometimes in compressed form. I therefore vacuum the area regularly.
I must have been a bit too rough last time, as the drip tray can no longer be inserted. It no longer fits under the brewing unit.
Unfortunately, the brewing unit can no longer be removed. I don't know whether it's a mechanical problem or "just" electronically locked. The problem is that I can't switch the machine off completely unless the drip tray is inserted. Nothing happens even when the plug is pulled out, despite pressing the red sliders together and pulling firmly.
Can anyone give me a tip?
