EQ 7 Cleaning Canceling be done? Fill water tank?

I have had a Siemens EQ 7 Plus (TE706509EN/10) for a long time.
Since I did not
find
anything
comparable
in the forum with the search
, I ask on this way.

Machine made us a delicious coffee on Saturday morning and at the 2nd breakfast :-), I got the error message

Fill water tank. Of course it was and is full.

I thought a cleaning wouldn't hurt anyway, so I started it and water came out of the milk nozzle. Swivel the coffee spout, but only water arrives in the drip tank. Nothing comes out of the brewing unit. But now it can't be stopped and since there is no water the machine wants to get it again and again.

It seems that

you

cannot get out of the menu. I have already tried the following
:Restart
with On+Down+On key at the same time.

Start button for cleaning (there is always the water tank cleaning, filling and start). No possibility to

stop

the

process!!!! Clean the water tank properly.
With magnet on the
valve up and down.
I am just helpless. Disassembling
is no problem. I am
