Machine not getting hot

Good day,
We had a very long power outage in our area. We ran a generator to power the house. Power was restored but now the machine does not heat the water. When you brew a cup it starts dispensing but about 20ml into the process it stops and says restart appliance. Still doesn't work even after restart. Can anyone please help ?????
