No or little water

Hello everyone,
with our Siemens EQ5 (TE503501DE04) comes after calk&clean only little or no more water for the brewing process. Can it be due to the brewing unit, water collects in the tray below the brewing unit?

What is used for decalcification?
Elbow on the brewing unit hairline crack or O-ring, lip seal in the brewing cylinder where the brewing plunger goes through. rolleyes.gif

Is it perhaps the blue angle piece fixed with two Torx screws?
