Coffee should be without foam

Hello
,our brand new machine makes any coffee, actually we take first only coffee crema,
with foam. Except Expresso has probably no other coffee no foam. We would like a normal coffee WITHOUT foam. But what do I have to do?
(wrong machine ?)

What do you mean by foam? The crema?
