Hello,

we had the same problem, but the suggested pressing of the second right button didn't help anymore (although it had worked before). The reason was that the opening into which the unlocking mechanism has to go did not turn into the right position. My wife and I were able to apply a "workaround" here by proforma once performing a run-through with already ground coffee (idle for powder, abe raw powder). Afterwards the brewing unit could be removed ... without guarantee.

Many successes Arvid

Hell of a trick! However
you came up with the trick.... just awesome!!!

Hm now it jams with me also the first time... it runs already over half a year... I clean the brewhead very often... but now it does not work any more.
Only I would like to try this trick but my door doesn't close anymore... I don't want to use force... maybe someone has an idea wacko.gif

Hello dear ones.

Also, my brewing unit is stuck and I'd like to do that sometime with the run with "ground coffee", ie that it supposedly "pulls" from the powder compartment.

Somehow I'm too stupid and don't know how to set it. Otherwise I always hit crank on "make me a cafe crema".

But I can't even run it because it won't turn on without a brewing unit.

Today also purchased the Siemens mill -currently very cheap at Media M.
Received excellent instruction and info on the machines there + internet.
During the first setup I also encountered the "jamming" of the brewing unit, despite following the instructions for use, i.e. moving the red slider to "up "and then pressing the rear red shutter.

Solution: the 2nd red slider unlocks the unit when pressed, but it must be held down when pulling the unit out! Unfortunately, the picture in the instructions does not show this.
A tip for practice: while the right hand grasps the right handle (as instructed), the red button can be held down with the little finger of the hand, so that the unit is now easily released when pulled.
The already feared way to the customer service should be spared with it. Whether this is a general problem of the type, I cannot say.
Please give me feedback if it works now.

Hello all ,
Have the same problem. That the brewing unit is stuck .
Do not know yet what a 2nd red lever ?
The part has only a lock lever red, to lock the grinding and brewing part.
Got it out again, with plug pull, switch off - on, jiggle the brewing unit, pull, lift, press .....dann gings ...
Greetings Thomas from Munich

Hello,

we had the same problem, but the suggested holding down the second right button did not help anymore (although that had worked before). Reason was that the opening where the release mechanism has to go in, did not turn into the right position. My wife and I were able to apply a "workaround" here by proforma once making a pass with already ground coffee (idle for powder, abe raw powder). After that, the Brpüheinheit could be removed ... without guarantee.

Great tip...thank you. Was about to force it and tried it this way and lo and behold ...it worked!!!!

Thank you for the info regarding the brewing unit, I currently have this problem with my Bosch coffee machine Bosch TES50159DE VeroCafe. I'm a little on the tube:

what does it mean: idle for powder...but raw powder???

BItte around small hint, dear thanks!

Thank you, has worked great, have had no ground coffee, went also only with water biggrin.gif

Hello,

we had the same problem, but the suggested holding down the second right button no longer helped (although that had worked before). The reason was that the opening into which the release mechanism must enter did not rotate into the correct position. My wife and I were able to apply a "workaround" here by proforma once making a pass with already ground coffee (idle for powder, abe raw powder). After that, the Brpüheinheit could be removed ... without guarantee.

First of all, thanks for the tip.

Problem occurred with me probably because I wanted to open the brewing machine just before finishing the last coffee run (so, the coffee was already done, the machine still rattled a little after).

You can start the cycle via the powder compartment on my EQ6 by pressing the coffee strength button several times (coffee bean symbol) until the powder compartment appears as the selection.

You can screw on the brewing unit carefully.... means you can screw it into the home position by hand.
If the press plunger is not in the end position ( the small ejector blade must be free to move, ) you can not insert the brewing unit.

That was THE tip! It worked on the first and only try. And I was already thinking "oh sh....! Got up at four tonight and would have broken the machine trying with a screwdriver and knife if I hadn't stopped.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!
