Our Viesta One Touch 500 suddenly no longer draws water, picture message "hose blocked". What can we do to eliminate this?

our Viesta One Touch 500 suddenly no longer draws water and the display shows the image "hose clogged". Unfortunately we don't find a hint in the operating instructions.
When the machine is switched on the pump starts as if the self-cleaning starts (but it doesn't) and it heats up. Then the picture for the clogged hose appears and when we press the display, we can only see the number of brewed drinks. We can't get any further, so we can't start decalcification.
