Interface to coffee machines/data acquisition

, I'm new here in the forum and have a question: we would like for a demo application (
Tablet) to collect data of a fully automatic machine so for example:- number of prepared cups- temperature brewing unit- running time of the grinderje
more the better. Now there are many machines
with touch for the selection of different types

etc. and I wonder if there

is any experience with this topic.
One could do everything now with sensors but probably
many machines also
use
a bus.

Is there anyone

who's had experience with this?
Found out through research that WMF
uses OpenCAN for at
least one model
.
Would be really nice if somebody has perhaps done something similar before and
answers here.

The manufacturers are very familiar with it. If they're saying that, they'll give you the answers you need. I'm thinking rather no, though.
