Milk frother does not work

My coffee machine is a Delonghi ECAM 23.450. I have stopped making cappuccino. Instead of milk, it starts splashing hot water, the milk rises through the tube but doesn't get into the cup. I took it to the service center and they told me the milk frother was clogged. The service center cleaned and descaled and returned the machine, but it was enough for 2 cups of cappuccino. The milk doesn't come in anymore. What can really happen to a coffee machine? Is it worth buying a new milk frother, or is the problem with the machine itself?

Hello, I don't think the service center technician knew everything.
The milk frother here works on the Venturi principle. Either not enough steam is being produced or there is a blockage in the milk lid and/or the O-rings on the docking coupling are defective. A hairline crack could certainly also be the cause of the coupling.
