Error message water tank

Hello,
I have had a Nivona 646 for 2 weeks and now the symbol for the water tank appears constantly. I emptied and refilled the tank several times, with cold and hot water, changed the filter, tried it also times without filter, but the symbol simply does not go away. I also read something about a magnet that should be in the tank or in the case, but unfortunately I didn't find it. Do you have any more tips for me?

Hello, don't you have any warranty?
In the tank is a black float that is the MAgnet on the opposite side is a reed contact (in the housing of the KVA) there sometimes with a magnet hold up, if then the problem is solved it is the magnet in the water tank. Or the flowmeter has a sting.
Flowmeter measures the water flow , similar to the water meter in the house.

The water tank has no magnetic float. The water level is determined by a sensor inside the device. You can't get there without unscrewing it. Complain if remaining warranty exists.
