Frother dead

Hello together,

since today the milk on our NICR 830 is no longer sucked in. The machine makes its normal noises when you choose a milk foam cover but the milk is not sucked in (yes, the milk nozzle/foamer is properly cleaned, the hose is not clogged...).
When you choose Capuccino or Latte Macchiato the sound of a milk cover comes but the milk is not drawn. But the coffee comes out normally "afterwards".

Does anyone have an idea why?

Leevely one of the most expensive spare parts...
