Hello,

we bought a Magnifica Evo. Unlike our old Melitta, you have to clean the milk system by unhooking the milk unit, taking it apart and cleaning the individual parts.
Now I tried the following:
You fill the milk container with warm water and put it in

Then you cover the sensor because it detects that there is no milk in there. Now you press cappuccino. The machine flushes the hot water through the system into the cup. You then take that away and tap the espresso.
Has anyone tried something like this or can something like this harm the machine?
