Hello everyone
,I had the same thing. Always nicely cleaned and suddenly no more milk foam. I wrote to customer service. I should decalcify the container separately, but it brought nothing.
I ordered "milk hose brushes" based on a video regarding cleaning the fully automatic machine and completely cleaned everything in the lid and also the hose of the milk container again.
It is again a perfect milk foam.
