DeLonghi ECAM26.455 Primadonna S loses all on

for some time now, my Primadonna S loses all settings, such as time, last selected coffee, aroma strength, etc. after switching off.
I suspect that a buffer battery is empty, a battery defective, or a capacitor defective.
Does anyone know where the buffer element is located and whether it can be replaced?
