Hello,

Here's the problem: when I try to make coffee the machine grinds the beans but then nothing comes out. No error messages, just nothing in my cup. On closer inspection, the ground coffee falls into the collection tray, dry as a bone, and the hot water ends up in the bottom tray. However, if I choose hot water that comes out into my cup.

So, the hot water doesn't seem to be getting into the brew unit. Is it likely to be a motor or a blocked pipe? Or something else?
