Milk intake does not work properly

I have the Jura E 8. The milk intake only works when the milk comes first and then the coffee. With Flat White, where the coffee comes first and then the milk, the milk is not sucked in properly. It always takes a while. The machine has already been to the repair, but this problem has not been fixed. The pump has already been replaced.
