Brew group can not be pulled out

When cleaning the coffee system, I have to remove the brew group. However, this does not come out. Also, the button combination with on / off switch and coffee strength simultaneously hold down, does not work.
Does anyone have a tip what else I can try?rolleyes.gif

Is the brew group in the home position? Look at the shaft. The mark on the shaft must be at three o'clock by the arrow.
