Yesterday I bought a Krups KVA EA829E used. When I tried it out, it worked great. When I plugged it in at home, filled it up and turned it on, it started pumping the entire contents of the water tank through the machine and out through the steam nozzle. When the tank was empty and it was refilled, there was a 2nd pass and I could draw a cup of coffee. When I wanted to make a 2 cup he ground and then stopped with the message that the water circuit must be filled. So the same game again, only this time he stopped after about 50 ml water output and gave ne 2 request to fill. I confirmed and he started pumping again and pushed out about 50 ml of water. Then again stop and the plug symbol in the display. When switching on again it started again from the beginning. I already looked at the flowmeter and took it out and blew through. The wheel inside turns very easily. Hoses on the flowmeter also already taken off and blown through.
If someone could help, that would be a great thing...

I had the exact same symptoms, and it was the lever on the bottom. Please see my post here: https://www.bean2cup.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=51252 and either do the cleaning yourself or have it cleaned by a repair person.
