Doesn't grind coffee only water sometimes

Huhu a question why is it that our krups Barista 9078 (4 weeks old) when I want coffee sometimes only water comes in or she doesn't grind the beans at all? Krups said they never had any!! Is it because they have beans from the Aldi? At the second try it works! LG PS:Don't want to send them in :-(
