constantly clogged grinder

,I have a 5 year old EA 810870/70F. I already had it twice this year for repair. Last time the grinder was clogged, you could hear it clearly that she didn't grind coffee anymore. This condition occurs now about every 4 weeks and I take it apart and clean the grinder. What makes me suspicious is the consistency of the ground coffee in the grinder. They are relatively moist and totally clumped and hardened.
Is it time to change the grinder?
