How to adjust the water volume individually?

A "Hello!" to all those in the know!

How can I set the cup size/water quantity on the SIEMENS EQ.6 plus s700?
I do NOT mean the default settings SMALL-MEDIUM-LARGE, but an individual size in between!

Small is too little, medium is too much for my cups.

Thanks for any tips on whether this works at all!
