Hello all,

Our Gaggia Titanium Inox, year 2006, 18,661 cups has been producing less coffee for some time, but more rinse water in the drip tray.

It is about 20% less coffee, but so much more water that the cycle between "empty set container" is no longer enough, otherwise the drip tray would overflow.

Does anyone have a tip for me what this could be?

Thank you very much and best regards!

The Gaggia is, as far as the inner workings are concerned, pretty much identical to the Saeco Incanto.
Have the seals on the brew group and the machine been replaced?
Often, the inlet nozzle on the brew group also has a hairline crack. Unfortunately, this can only be detected when the door is open. But then there's the risk of scalding yourself or making a huge mess.

Thanks for the quick reply!
There have already been some seals replaced over time, either by me or by the service.
I will take a closer look at the inlet nozzle....

The cracks are so small that they are often only visible under brewing conditions.
You could bridge the door contact switch (e.g. piece of cardboard), extend the nozzle of the brew group, so that not everything splashes around in the area and then start a coffee.
Maybe you can see where the water is leaking.

Thanks for the effort!

The inlet nozzle was renewed not too long ago (incl. seal).
I have looked at the outlet nozzle, this looks relatively worn, has probably not yet been renewed.
I will replace him times completely, see if it helps, cost yes not the world.

Thanks again!
