Machine no longer makes coffee

Hello everyone
,my Jura E6 (2 1/2) years brings the error message "Fill bean container" although the bean container is completely full. When making coffee there is a faint grinding noise but only hot water comes out.

anyone have any idea what it
could
be
?

What does weak grinding sound mean? Has moisture ever entered the grinding mechanism?
Can you record a video or audio and link
to it?

If too little is ground, the brewing process stops. That's probably the case with you.

I also bet on the grinder itself. If it still works, but does not transport ground beans to the brewing group ... unfortunately you will have to disassemble the machine and clean the grinder accordingly. It's not really witchcraft ... but it takes some work. The beans come dry into the brewing group...if for some reason moisture got into the grinder, it is possible that the dry beans developed into a pulp and thus clog the grinder or the transition to the brewing group. The machine's sensors do not register ground beans and this is where the message comes from.
