E75 makes cold coffee

My E75 delivers cold coffee every now and then, when the process is finished, please wait in the display. And nothing happens anymore, only when I switch off the coffee machine and switch it on again it goes on, and now I can also make hot coffee. The E75 is equipped with a thermoblock, I don't know if this is the original or if it was rebuilt later.
Where could the error be with the E75?
