Jura impressa f50 after cleaning u descaling defe

Hello! I
decalcified my Jura after request and
cleaned it
directly afterwards (also after
request).

Since then the hot water no longer runs out of the tap but into the coffee grounds bowl. I can't make any more milk foam either, because the hose doesn't suck anything in and the steam from the water tank also

The outlet valve's probably defective.

The plastic cap on the drainage valve is defective. Pull out the drawers and look down the shaft. At the bottom right of the brewing group you can see a small white plastic cap which is the problem. The drainage valve must be replaced. Then please carry out an overhaul of the brewing group immediately.
