Nivona 970 does not pull in beans

Hello all.
Own a Nivona NICR 970 . Have the days had a stone in the grinder. Stone removed and she ran again. Couple of days later it has no longer attracted beans. Then I tightened the plastic part wing on the grinder again. After that it ran for a week. Now the same. Does not pull in any more beans.
Can anyone give me a tip?
