De Longhi Perfecta 5400

Hello dear,
I have a Delongi Perfecta 5400, for some time she makes very loud squawk noises.
Have the brewing unit cleaned and decooled, then it got worse.
The brewing unit is half stuck and no longer goes into the correct position.
When I press the rear power button the display rings very briefly and the two lower right and left buttons light up and nothing happens.
Can anyone help me with what I can do. Thanks.
