Krups Evidence EA89 Set grinding time

Hello,
on my Krups Evidence EA89 the grinding time is too long. (12.5 seconds) The excess coffee powder falls into the drip tray. This is already full after one grinding process.
A reset of the coffee setting has not helped. Neither did turning off the power.
Does anyone know what to do?

Hello, maybe this helps: Empty the bean compartment completely, pull the coffee, even if the message is then on beans fill. Min 10 X , then try with beans.
If that does not work then
is good advice expensive.
