Water circuit is being filled; Code 13

I can not get any further. Have the problem that the brewing piston does not 'more closes. He only goes to the brewing chamber but does not close it. I have already replaced the water filter in the machine, have the "water filter" filled with the program in the machine all without problems even the boiling of "hot" water works. unfortunately, no boiling of the coffee is possible because the brewing piston does not go to the brewing chamber. If I only run the rinse program, the brewing piston slides up to the brewing chamber, but unfortunately then the water flows into the grounds container because the brewing unit is not completely closed. The water pump can be heard and is working. The motor of the water distributor can also be heard working. The seals of the brewing group (piston and lower brewing plunger) changed. Does anyone have any idea what could be defective ? .

Hello everyoneour
Krups EA 9010 has been acting up since yesterday.
An endless loop with the message: Water circuit is being filled.
Then it draws Wassern, you have to empty the drip tray and then it keeps drawing water. Eventually, the message comes on: Automatic maintenance... then he makes very loud noises and then came the message: Call the hotline: Code 13.

Has anyone had this before? In the days before we noticed that the coffee is very thin and does not taste good.
The message: "Water circuit is being filled" does not exist anywhere described in the manual.

Thanks for the answerGreetings
Ralf

Error code 13 -》 Take coffee machine apart and renew fine filter (6cm long 2cm wide) in the water supply line.
Then it will fit again.

Hello
,I have just registered Ma to report my experience with this error! I
had the same problem on my Krups9010 that it is always stuck when turning on in the automatic maintenance mode! At the end then always appeared please call Technickhotline.
Also water circuit is filled came then every time! After
I had built it then about 5 Ma completely Aussereiannder all hoses have cleaned and they have reassembled completely it went all at once again! But only for a short time! Now I have
found the error with me where it is

! It is the

water filter in the water tank! So to speak, the filter cartridge! This pulls somewhere
air because when screwing in possibly somewhere what was damaged!
After I have unscrewed the filter cartridge and switch on the machine comes no automatic maintenance or the water circuit is no longer filled! I
have now ordered a new water tank to see if there is possibly something damaged and it has been all the time! Would be
great if someone has the same problem and tests it with the removal of the filter cartridge so that one can really push the water tank! Part number

for

a new water tank is MS-5a10165 I hope

I

could help many Lg Patrick

I just replaced the water filter in the water tank. (Not an original filter).
Then the machine notices that a new water filter has been installed and starts filling the water filter with water. That means it goes out of maintenance mode.
After the water filter is filled with water it jumps into the maintenance mode again and comes out this time without error message. biggrin.gif
Now I can pull my latte again
.

I also find that a water filter original or through a third party doesn't matter. How will the machine recognize that? Is not a printer where on the printer cartridge or toner a chip is installed.

If the brewing chamber was not emptied completely, or the measuring resistor of the brewing piston position does not report a correct value. (unhooked, defective). This can cause the amount of coffee to be ground to be too much, the brewing chamber is overfilled, clogged and is emptied incompletely. Consequence : Code 13.22.01.2017

Hello guys

I got same problems as u.
Few months ago my Krups stop working and shows me a error code 13 and switching cleaning mode…
So I decided send my caffe machine to specialist and they replaced all pressure cylinder and piston…I did this repairing in Poland so they charge me 80 pounds for everything.

Good luck…

A friendly hello to all here. My question is about the EA9010. After error rate 13 was displayed, we have disassembled the machine (hopefully the assembly works wacko.gif) now my question: the places where probably greased and coffee powder on it is how do I get the clean and must be re-greased there then?
In the 2nd picture you can see that the hoses are also dark so partly full of coffee powder. How do I get that clean?
Hopefully I have expressed myself clearly rolleyes.gif

I have the same problem lots of noise and , code 13
Interestingly my mother has the same machine. I changed the water tanks and everything was fine - the difference was no water filter. So I removed the water filter and put the original water tank back in and it worked perfectly.
I think the problem may be non-standard water filters. I ordered some original filters and we will see what happens.</br></br>
