370.95 Milk foam middle position does not work

Milk foam in the middle position goes practically not.
In the highest position it works as desired.
We feel after each use of the milk frothing.

What can be done?

Before I read your post I had similar problems. In fact on occasions the froth was more like meringue. I used to clean the lattecreme carafe, including the machine, every evening. Then I re-read the manual and as a last resort put the carafe top (not the clear jug) into the dish washer. I now do this once a week in the washer. All good since then. I'm not saying your problem is the same but I my milk/froth didn't work right about a fortnight after getting the machine. I still soak/wash the whole lot every night.
