I have the same machine and the same problem. I've also seen what it's all about now, and I can't imagine the engineers have thought of it that way
: if you remove the small panel that's under the "warming plate" (where you put the cleaning tablet), you can take a look inside and see what happens when he wants to fill the circuit.
Since the ground coffee simply "falls" into the middle of all the serious coffee, it gradually clogged everything in my case (probably due to too fine an adjustment of the grinder), so that the "brewing head" (I have no idea) could no longer fully shut down.
I took a vacuum cleaner, put a piece of hose on the front (because there's not much space in it) and carefully vacuumed away
all the coffee.
