Coffee does not taste good

Good morning
, I've had Krups coffee machine 815 for a week. I'm not happy at all. The coffee tastes bitter, I am not used to it at all from my predecessor
.

What else can I do to make the coffee not so bitter?

If you can rule out that the coffee beans are simply "burnt" you can check the brewing temperature (reduce if necessary) and reduce the grind / coffee quantity - whereby the powder should already be very fine...
If you have previously used the same beans in a different machine, the result does not have to be the same, of course - you can also try different varieties.
