In this article a resistor is defective. The one before the optocoupler. That can be with you too. What you show in the picture is a triac. Probably from the pump. Passageways can't be everywhere.

Set your multimeter to 200Ohm and measure the resistance if it has 180 Ohm.

I had edited my previous post several times, it seems I had accidentally deleted something.

The one on the front of the picture is probably a voltage regulator (l7805cv)Is it allowed to have one passage on all three? With the R14 I only get 0, although these things are really small smile.gif. But if I measure on the right side of the R14 I get the (more or less) the values that are printed on it. I also just went to the local electronics store. Unfortunately they don't have SMDs. I took a normal one with me. Do you think you can fiddle with it, at least to test it? I could still order a suitable SMD if it would work. I hope I'll be able to do that at all. I have never soldered SMDs wacko.gif

Hello, i have tge same problem you mentioned. Error 15.
Voltage is not arriving to the electrodes in boiler.
Klicson are ok, ntc is ok.
Si I'm suspecting the triac is broken.. But did it worked in your case replacing the triac with a new one?
Thank you

I have an INTELIA ONE TOUCH CAPPUCCIN, serial number TU901213055923, and since a few days a key with a failure code 15 is displayed when the machine is turned on, after trying to warm up.
Do any of you know what the trouble code is, and how to fix it?
I can't find anything on the net for this particular failure, but I found that on other machines of the brand, this code corresponded to a defect of the T° sensor.
How can I test it (them), and where are they located?
In advance, thanksSeb
