Eq6 s100 is connected to the mains, but the machine is not switched on. May be on the heat fuse on both contacts 230 volts permanently. It comes only cold water.suspect heater defective, would like to replace the.me but bothers the Wärmes.has continuous current

Can help me one.thanks

Hello I believe that this KVA like the other KVA's of BSH also has the actuated switch that switches the KVA currentless. So there should be no voltage. If so, you would have to check the circuit from the on/off switch to the circuit board.
