EQ.500 | Brewing unit hose pops off

Gude,
I have as described an EQ.500 integral stainless steel TQ507D03 from 2021.
At the brewing unit is a hose that unfortunately always comes off the lance. 1-2 coffees and it comes off again and all the coffee ends up in the drip tray. De hose is attached with a small clamp.

I thought hose & clamp simply replace because I suspect that he is worn out. Unfortunately, it doesn't come as a replacement part and I would have to replace the entire brewing unit - which makes little sense.

I could get a standard hardware store clamp but where do I get a hose that fits?

Does anyone have an idea or a tip for me?
