Can the water to rinse no longer ho

Hello, when I want to rinse water at the beginning, the water can no longer be pumped and therefore comes then always clean calc, and somehow the machine no longer comes out of the rinse mode. I then take the set container and this red thing out and once back in, the machine wants to rinse again but it sucks no water and again flashes clean calc. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks a lot
