Saeco Magic Roma shows error too few beans Water

Hello,
I have a question for the community.
My Saeco Magic Roma shows the error message
No beans/water.
I have already checked the switch for the ground coffee powder. Switches and is low-resistance.
But now the coffee machine still shows the no beans/water error.
The pump also makes loud noises when you turn the rotary switch for the steam and no steam comes out.
I am now at my wit's end and hope the specialists in this group can help me with this.
