New KV Nivona, Siemens or Miele

our WMF800 is now slowly coming into its years (9 years old, 28000 covers) and no real total failure so far, but we would like to have a new machine in the kitchen.

Main drinks are Latte M., Espresso Macchiato and normal coffee if necessary, hot water maker.

We looked at several KV and somehow got stuck with the following KV

Nivona 960/970Siemens EQ9 S700/900Evtl
would the Miele
7550
also
be an option?
We attach great importance to very good, firm and fine-pored
milk foam.
Could the forum help us here if necessary, further, and/or advisory to the side stand, perhaps we are completely wrong with our conception with our requirement, the consultation in the various business is not really professional,

We have had an EQ.9 plus connect since August 2019. So far we have been very satisfied with the device.
However, it is currently causing problems. Error message: Clean the brewing unit. Immediately after switching on, there is a cracking sound and only by tricking
the machine
by switching it off and on several times
, it rinses before the first cup is drawn.

customer service and I got really sick.
From my point of view it is helpful to
look at such reviews
before making a purchase decision

Because there comes a time

when you need customer service.

The customer service of the manufacturers: De`Longhi /Philips /Krups

did best

with the rating good (2

,2-2,4). B/S/H poor (4,7
)Before Siemens we had a NIVONA, which
worked well
until the
last day.

After 5 years a repair would have been due, but

it would have exceeded

the current value

.

So new purchase of

the above mentioned KVA's.

From my point of view I would

choose a Krups,

if a new purchase is pending

We had also considered Diue before EQ.9

. But

the WMF were

top.

But they only have gastro vending machines

I think the Nivona factory service is great, there
are 3 repair packages, max. 189€, and the amount includes
really EVERYTHING. A
friend's Nivona had a broken display, estimate at the local
dealer 250€.

At Nivona the machine was completely overhauled and even a new brewing unit and drainage valve

was installed.

That's what I call service!

Miele

would be too expensive for me for repairs and Bosch-Siemens......well.
