Drip tray problem AEG caffe silenzio plus cs 5200

Drip tray will not go back into machine

While the machine was turning on the drip tray was removed for cleaning, now when trying to return the drip tray the infuser is too low and prevents it from going in. We have tried to remove infuser but that too is stuck in. The top middle light is constantly on. Any way to reset the machine? Or any help at all I wekcome. Thank you

The switch of the drip tray / set container and the door with an object (cardboard, for example) and turn on the machine. If that does not work with the switch on go into test mode and move the drive a little up. The test mode of the Delonghi ESAM without display should also go with the machine.
