Jura E60 engine

,we have a Jura E60.
Recently

I have cleaned and resealed the brew group of the machine. Now the decalcification program was due and my wife has decalcified the machine as always. In the process the brew group was moved up over the motor and the motor has not shut off or the problem still occurs.
I cannot find any breakage on the motor housing and the motor is mounted flat. Furthermore, during maintenance, I had not opened this side of the coffee maker.
What I noticed is that the gear that is installed between the motor gear and the brew group shows signs of wear.
Does anyone have any idea where the fault lies?

PS:
After servicing the brew group the machine ran without any problems.
